Consuming healthy foods will also ensure your teeth will last longer. Stay away from products that can harm your teeth such as acidic foods and sugary products. Your teeth may wear down as you age, so you should avoid foods that can easily crack or fracture your teeth, including hard candies and corn on the cob. In addition, stop dangerous habits to your oral health such as smoking tobacco and using drugs.
